  • ​Offer applies to gas and pellet fireplaces, stoves, and inserts only. Other appliances or heating/cooling units do not qualify for this offer. Offer is not valid on wood-burning appliance or chimney sweep.

  • Offer must be claimed by March 31st, 2023 by filling out the contact form on this page or by calling FALCOS at 509-926-8911 and mentioning this offer.

  • Offer must be claimed at time of scheduling. Not valid on previously scheduled or completed services.

  • The fireplace/stove/insert regular service appointment must be completed no later than April 30, 2023.

  • The free fireplace/stove/insert Preventative Maintenance appointment add-on must be completed between April 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024.

  • Regular travel fees apply to both the 2023 and 2024 appointment, if applicable (these are not waived on the free Preventative Maintenance service).

  • Appointment slots are limited. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule appointments early to ensure availability.
