At Falco's we continue to take precautions and follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety protocols. We value the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and our community.
We are maintaining the essential parts of our business and opening up other areas of our business as guidelines allow.
UPDATE: Our Showroom is open and we are available to meet with customers while practicing social distancing guidelines and wearing masks. If you are more comfortable to shop online, we are still offering curbside pick up.
Current safety practices we are taking:
We are open, and have re-opened our showroom for guests. We ask customers that while shopping you maintain social distancing with staff and other guests and wear masks in the store.
We are limiting the number of customers in our showroom at any given time to no more than 25% of capacity. This means we can serve up to 18 guests at one time.
If we are at capacity you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until capacity allows you to enter in the order in which you arrived. You are also welcome to call us at 509-926-8911 for curbside assistance, especially for Fuel (Pellets and Log) purchases and pick up.
Employees are wearing masks in the store and in customer's homes as required.
We are maintaining social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet between people.
We have positioned hand-sanitizing stations throughout the store and encourage frequent hand-washing practices.
Our service technicians and installers are taking extra steps to sanitize their vehicles, tools, and other equipment in addition to wearing masks, gloves, and shoe-coverings as needed while in customer’s homes.
We have installed partitions in our store and office area to help minimize face-to-face contact while still offering the best face-to-face customer service.
We have implemented temperature checks for all of our employees on a daily basis (similar to how school districts are operating).
How we plan to move forward:
Service: Because of the essential nature of our business, we have heating and cooling technicians working. We can install and service your heating and/or cooling product without anyone home if you prefer, or if you are home all services can be done without contact. Our technicians are examined daily to ensure they are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses. We are giving priority to customers that are experiencing trouble with their heating equipment or have no heat.
Deliveries: We will continue to offer delivery of specific products at this time. During deliveries we will maintain “no contact” and/or practice social distancing guidelines.
Showroom: As of this posting our showroom is OPEN. We will also continue to offer our online shopping, virtual, or private appointments when possible, as well as curbside pick-up. Wood and Pellet fuel can still be picked up at our location. Call us for details at (509) 926-8911.
Online Store: Our online store is open 24 x 7.
At Home Product Selection: Our fireplace consultants are working and available to assist you from the comfort of your home. Call us at 509-926-8911! We also have virtual site visits already going on which you can schedule on our website.
Hours of Operation: As of this posting we have decided that effective Monday, December 7th, we will be limiting our showroom hours to help reduce the amount of overall foot-traffic and guests in our showroom. Beginning 12/7/2020 our showroom hours will be 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. Other functions of our business, primarily Service and Installations, will remain on normal schedules. Our online store is open 24/7.
We are taking every precaution to keep our customers and employees safe during these
