Shipping Policy

All orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified by phone or email when your order has been pulled and/or shipped, or when it is available for in-store pick up.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for most orders over $425 within the Spokane, WA and Coeur d’Alene, ID area. For most orders under $425, a minimum $99 rate for local delivery is available.

Deliveries are typically made from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and all deliveries will be scheduled and confirmed prior to arrival. We will contact you via phone or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to schedule delivery date and time frame with you.


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our showroom, located at 9310 E Sprague, Spokane, WA 99206. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order of in-stock items will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email and/or call you when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday, and 10:00am thru 4:30pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email and/or identification with you when you come.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a phone call or an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at or call us at 509-926-8911 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes at this time. Please provide a street address for shipping.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Qualifying returns between 31-90 days may receive in-store credit only. A 20% restocking fee may apply on all special order items and any return after 30 days.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Refunds: 14 day waiting period for purchases made by check. A refund to a credit or debit card must be processed on the same card number.

Shipping Damage

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please call us to notify us at 509-926-8911 and/or email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
