Service Description

Unfortunately, at this time, due to overwhelming volume, we are only able to provide service on units which were purchased from Falco’s or previously serviced by Falco’s. We are very sorry, but we are unable to take on new units right now and we’ve had to make the very difficult decision to limit our service capacity at this time. You are welcome to check back with us in a few months to see if that has changed. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For gas units, we do suggest contacting local HVAC companies, but we unfortunately don't have any specific recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (509) 926-8911 at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking deposit (if applicable).
